My EdgeSaver doesn't seem to be working!

Nearly all of the issues customers have with the EdgeSaver is due to it being worn in the wrong orientation! It has to be worn with the tag upright, on the right-side of your head. Check out our tutorial page HERE for further assistance!

How is EdgeSaver different from other brands and companies?

Simple, the EdgeSaver is made with more expensive materials. Most of the other "headbands" on the market aren't actually made with genuine silk velvet. Most go for a cheaper, more accessible cotton/polyester blend. As you know, cotton products are rarely breathable and tend to quicken the hair thinning process. And because they're lower quality, they also tend to get loose and floppy much quicker.

How do I check the status of my order?

We have a order tracking page! You can navigate to it by clicking right HERE. Just paste in the tracking code you received to see your package location! Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at support@myedgesaver.com for an update!

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?

Shipping takes anywhere from 2-4 days with our high-speed shipping option, but with the standard-speed shipping, orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing.

And we definitely do ship internationally! We ship to the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries. If, for whatever reason, we can't ship your package we will let you know by email :)
